PHSkay Terms and Conditions –
What Every Player Needs to Know

To open and maintain an account on PHSkay, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times. PHSkay reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts that do not comply.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a resident of, or physically present in, the Philippines when accessing or using PHSkay services.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion database or gaming restriction list.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of PHSkay or any affiliated company.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You must not have had a previous PHSkay account that was terminated for violating these terms.

By registering, you confirm and warrant that all of the above conditions are met. PHSkay takes underage gambling seriously — any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the incident reported to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

When you register on PHSkay, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a direct violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension without any obligation on PHSkay's part to return funds.

PHSkay enforces a strict one account per person policy. Using multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. All accounts suspected of being duplicates will be suspended pending investigation.

As part of our compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, PHSkay will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be asked to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (SSS ID, PhilHealth card, Passport, Driver's License, Voter's ID, or UMID)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months)
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account under your name)

Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in restrictions on withdrawals or account suspension. PHSkay is committed to protecting both its players and the integrity of the platform through thorough identity verification.

PHSkay supports a range of payment methods commonly used across the Philippines. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). Supported methods include:

• E-Wallets: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• Bank Transfers: InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards (Philippines-issued)

Deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes depending on your chosen payment method. PHSkay does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours on business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks. PHSkay reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by our Finance team.

PHSkay regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback deals, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period stated in the promotion details. Unused bonuses expire automatically.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories — always check the promotion terms before claiming.
• PHSkay reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we detect any abuse of our promotional system, including creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus offers are for entertainment purposes and are not guaranteed future income.

PHSkay reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes regarding bonus calculations or eligibility, PHSkay's decision shall be final.

PHSkay hosts a wide variety of games, including online slots, Tongits, card games, PBA betting, esports betting, volleyball betting, and virtual sports. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game or game lobby.

All games on PHSkay use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited to ensure genuine randomness and fair outcomes. No game result on PHSkay can be manipulated or predicted — every player competes on an equal and fair footing.

For sports and esports betting, PHSkay sets odds based on current market data and our in-house trading team. Odds are subject to change up until the event begins. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at PHSkay's discretion.

• In the event of a system error or game malfunction, all bets affected by that malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to players.
• Bets are binding once confirmed. Players may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted.
• PHSkay reserves the right to limit stake amounts or restrict access to specific games for any account at its sole discretion.

To maintain a safe and fair environment for all players on PHSkay, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your PHSkay account.
• Money Laundering: Using PHSkay as a vehicle to move, disguise, or launder illegally obtained funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or exploiting loopholes to claim promotions unfairly.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider after depositing.
• Sharing Accounts: Allowing another person to access or operate your PHSkay account.

PHSkay employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited activity. During an investigation, the affected account may be temporarily suspended, and access to funds may be withheld.

PHSkay's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep our platform running smoothly 24/7, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be held liable for:

• Temporary platform outages or scheduled maintenance periods
• Loss of winnings due to connectivity issues on the player's end
• Inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used for sports odds
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any nature
• Actions of third-party service providers including payment processors and game suppliers

PHSkay's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Gaming involves inherent risk, and PHSkay encourages all players to game only with funds they can afford to lose.

PHSkay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud, collusion, or money laundering
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Request by the account holder for self-exclusion
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so

Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (after deducting any bonus funds not yet wagered) will be returned to the player via the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to final compliance checks.

PHSkay reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications may be updated without specific notice.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of PHSkay after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. If you disagree with any updated terms, please stop using PHSkay and contact support to close your account.
