PHSkay takes your privacy seriously — not because we're legally required to, but because it's the right thing to do for every kabayan who trusts us with their personal information. • Payment processors: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and card networks (Visa/Mastercard) — only what is necessary to process your transactions.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party services that help us verify your identity documents as part of our legal compliance process.
• Game software providers: Licensed game suppliers whose titles we host on PHSkay. They may receive game session data to resolve disputes or technical issues.

All third parties who receive data from PHSkay are vetted for data security and are contractually bound to use that data only for the purpose for which it was shared. PHSkay does not transfer your personal data outside the Philippines unless there is an adequate level of protection in the destination country and appropriate safeguards are in place.

• Customer support records: Retained for 3 years after the closure of the support ticket or complaint.
• Marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, after which it is deleted within 30 days.

When data is no longer required, PHSkay permanently deletes or anonymises it so it can no longer be linked back to any individual player.

Data security is something PHSkay invests in heavily. We use a layered approach to security that covers your data from the moment you enter it until the moment it is deleted from our systems.

PHSkay's services are strictly intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If we discover that a minor has created an account or provided personal data, we will immediately close the account, delete all associated data, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required.

Parents or guardians who believe their child may have registered on PHSkay are encouraged to contact us immediately at support@phskay.best so we can take prompt action.

PHSkay may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the services we offer. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the new policy takes effect.
